    WARRANTY (BODY & NON POWERTRAIN COMPONENTS)

    Effective as of January 1, 2013

    HUMVEE C–SERIES PARTS AND ACCESSORIES   EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTY

    US Engine warrants that if any of the parts provided in the Genuine HUMVEE® C–Series parts kit purchased from US Engine are found to have defects in material or workmanship, and the defect is exhibited within a period of 12 months from the date of the HUMVEE C–Series delivery, US Engine will replace the subject part at its sole discretion in accordance with additional terms of this warranty. This warranty applies to all HUMVEE C–Series parts. This is not a vehicle and US Engine does not warrant the Owner's assembly of parts. Owner must retain the invoice copy of the original sales slip to validate date of delivery. A warranty claim may be submitted for parts only. Labor will not be reimbursed. Prior authorization is required.

    OVER-THE-COUNTER ACCESSORIES

    US Engine warrants that if genuine US Engine accessories purchased from US Engine and sold over–the–counter are found to have defects in material or workmanship, and the defect is exhibited within a period of 12 months from the date of original retail sale, US Engine will replace the subject accessory at its sole discretion in accordance with additional terms of this warranty. Claim may be submitted for parts only. Labor will not be reimbursed. Prior authorization is required.

    RETURN OF DAMAGED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

    Parts and Accessories that are received by the Owner in a damaged condition may be returned to US Engine only after receiving prior approval from US Engine Customer Service. In order to obtain permission, Owner must contact US Engine for prior approval. If approved by US Engine Customer Service, the parts, along with a copy of the invoice, authorization number and a copy of the original packing slip should be returned prepaid to:

    NOTE: ANY PART(S) RETURNED TO US ENGINE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE OWNER FREIGHT COLLECT.

    When these Parts and Accessories are received at US Engine they will be inspected. After final resolution has been made by US Engine, in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager approval, credit will be issued.
    SHORTAGES IN PARTS SHIPMENTS

    If the Owner receives a shipment that does not contain all of the Parts and Accessories identified on the shipment Packing Slip (a "shorted part" order), Owner must notify US Engine within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. US Engine will then ship the replacement parts at no charge to the Owner.

    WARRANTY (POWERTRAIN COMPONENTS)

    All engines carry a 1 year Unlimited Mileage Parts & Labor Only (not including installation and removal form vehicle). Transmissions, Transfercases, Driveshafts, Axles are covered by the original manufactor warranty coverage and exclusions.

    WARRANTY (OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES)

    Carry warranties covered by the original manufactor of accessories. Read all product information on warranty coverage and exclusions.
